Glassware- Coupe 1.5oz Gin .5oz Aperol .75oz Elderflower Liqueur .5oz Grapefruit Juice .75oz Lemon Juice .5oz Egg White Garnish: Dehydrated Orange Build- 1) Chill a coupe glass. 2) Dry shake egg and lemon juice in a shaker. 3) Add ice and all other ingredients to shaker. 4) Shake and strain into coupe glass. 5) Garnish with a dehydrated orange floating in the foam.
